I closed escrow on August 24, 2000 on two of the three locations of Yogurt & Ice Cream shops I had listed on restaurants-fsbo.com. The buyer was a response from that ad. I have received inquires from several qualified prospective buyers from the advertisement on restaurants-fsbo.com.

I have sold several businesses in the past and have used brokers and newspaper ads, but they never produced the number of responses that fsbo.com has. I am very pleased with the helpful staff and the professionalism of the website. I am particularly happy that this ad had positive results.
